In 1981, photojournalist Askia Muhammad interviewed Ethel L. Payne for the non-commercial Black Scholars Radio Series.
Ethel L. Payne was a legendary White House Correspondent. She was honored in 2002 by the U.S. Postal Service. She was one
of four women journalists on a 37 cent postage stamp issued that year.
